Admission Policies

Admission to Academy on the Eastern Shore is contingent upon successful completion of the following steps:
1) A telephone interview with the Administrator
2) Completion of all four admission forms (the Application Form, Enrollment form, Release Form, and Record Release Form are all available to print by clicking on their names below).
3) Payment of application and enrollment fees.

The telephone interview consists of several questions meant to provide the Academy and the parent with information regarding home school responsibilities.
Parents have an opportunity to ask questions regarding the Academy on the Eastern Shore procedures while the academy gleans information about the parents and students who will be enrolled.
The forms required for admission include a one-time admission fee of $25.00 per child, up to $75.00 per family, and a yearly tuition fee of $125.00 per child, up to $375.00 per family.
The Academy On The Eastern Shore will obtain previous school records for the enrolled students and forward them to the parents of the enrolled students.
It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of these records. Parents may request the academy to keep a copy of the records in the students file.
There will be a $5.00 copy fee for each child. There will also be a $5.00 copy fee for each copy requested in the future.
