We welcome you!

"UNITY is a link in the great education movement inaugurated by Jesus Christ: our objective is to discern the Truth in Christianity and prove it. The Truth that we teach is not new, neither do we
claim special revelations or discovery of new religious principles. Our purpose is to help and teach humankind to use and prove the eternal Truth taught by the Master."
Charles Fillmore, Co-Founder of Unity
We know that no one comes by accident or coincidence. Each of us is an essential part of the spiritual energy of the universe.
We affirm and celebrate our oneness with each other and with God.
We embrace in Light and Love all churches and spiritual gatherings, of all faiths and denominations meeting in this country and around the world.
In Unity we bless and embrace people of every race, culture, lifestyle and creed. We honor and celebrate the many paths to God, the many names for God, and the
many ways in which to worship God. For we know that God, as Light and Love, expresses equally on every path.
We give thanks to the Presence of God within each of us for our ever-increasing acceptance and expression of the Truth of our Unity.
A new ministry -- Academy on the Eastern Shore:
Unity on the Eastern Shore is a growing church with a new ministry. We now provide a cover school for Alabama parents who want to home school their children. In Alabama, children may only be home schooled under the supervision of a church school. Children from any county in Alabama may attend our church school.
What this means is that parents will use our school name to school their children at home. This will give Unity on the Eastern Shore the chance to provide a ministry to parents who want to school their children at home.
Currently, most of the churches in our area, which currently run a cover school, require that parents sign a statement of faith, agreeing to teach a specific faith and denomination, and some require only the teaching of creation-based science.
Unity on the Eastern Shore will not ask parents to sign a statement of faith, allowing the parents to teach spirituality to their children as they see fit. Susie Glickman is the School Administrator, under the supervision of the Board of Directors. Please click here or call us for more details.
